Under this service model, we work for our clients on a “project” basis, with the key objective of defining the solution to a specific business issue of theirs.
This means having a team of ours working as external advisor: i.e. analyzing the issue and defining its solution, and then transferring it to our client for its implementation.
The usual time frame of this service model of ours is limited, with a scope of work which is in general focused (for example, one topic pertaining to one/two business functions).
There have been in any case many occasions where our clients asked us to work under this collaboration mode with extended timeframes and very broad scopes.
