Under this service model, we work for our clients taking on an “internal responsibility”, with the key objective of implementing the solution to a specific business issue of theirs.

This means having our professionals working as internal members of the client, to implement the solution to be adopted, no matter whether it has been previously defined by us or directly by our clients on their own.

This service model of ours can have both limited and extended timeframes, depending on the complexity of the solution to be implemented, with a scope of work which is driven primarily by the competences and the resources needed by our client.

Our professionals work at the client’s site (or where the competences are needed for the client), with a personal time involvement which is usually very important (for instance, full-time dedication to such collaborations are not rare).
