Under this service model, we take part to an “investment” in a client of ours (or in one of its activities), with the key objective of driving the implementation of the solution to a specific business issue of theirs.

This service model of ours generally implies that we support our client and are involved for an extended timeframe, agreeing together upfront the best partnership collaboration (in terms of scope, governance, results…).

It is also not rare that our clients ask us to combine our investment with our direct involvement in their business activity (with either an “advisory” or an “executives” service model), but this is not at all compulsory: it all depends on what the best thing for our clients is.
